If you are working your way through the gears and have completed 2nd (Membership) and 3rd Gear (Growing in Maturity), now would be a great opportunity to move up a gear into 4th gear (Ministry).

4th Gear helps you to discover your unique spiritual S.H.A.P.E. (according to your Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality and Experiences).

‘Ministry’ has been described as ‘meeting needs with love’, and each of us can do this  in our own unique way. The course will help you identify areas of service and ministry that you will not only be able to do, but that you will enjoy and that suit your personality. As part of the course you will have a 1 on 1 meeting with a MBC Ministry Guide.
