Health & Hygiene in the Kitchen (date tbc)

This one session course is for anyone who uses the kitchen at MBC; whether you are in the Hospitality Team, cater for courses and events, or even if you only occassionally use it. Covering useful pointers, as well as legal guidelines for health and safety in the kitchen, this practical course will stand you in good stead for clean working, in a very well-loved and used kitchen!

Working With Vulnerable Adults (date tbc)

If you work with vulnerable adults at any of our mid-week or Sunday events at MBC, or if you are involved in caring for vulnerable adults in their home, or visit them in care, this course is for you.
